It becomes rather amusing to see the Laitumkhrah Constituency’s utility vehicle dumping the collected garbage near Lower Lachumere. The garbage collected by the locality vehicle is supposed to be dumped at the disposal site at Marten near Mawiong. A clear act of passing responsibilities and not taking any.
