Capacity-building prog in WKH

NONGSTOIN, Feb 10: A two-day capacity-building programme was held on ‘Dairy farming as business model with value-added milk products’ and ‘Backyard poultry farming as rural bio entrepreneurship’ at Nongstoin College.
During the programme, resource persons from College of Kyrdemkulai, ICAR-NEH region, and state cattle breeding farm gave hands-on training-cum-demonstration to 60 farmers.
Backyard farming of poultry, feeding, shelter and other brooding practices were described to the participants.
