Rev Miller’s bail plea rejected

SHILLONG: A city court on Friday rejected the bail petition of Rev SK Miller who is in judicial custody in connection with cases related to exploitation and sexual abuse of minors staying at the New Life Home owned by him.

Rev Miller has been booked under Section 354 (molestation) and Section 376 (rape) of the IPC.

The next hearing on the case will take place on October 23.
