Lalmawsawmi Hlondo has been awarded the Degree of Masters in Philosophy (MPhil) by NEHU for her dissertation ‘Sociological study of village forest development committee in Champhai town’ under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr Rekha M Shangpliang, Department of Sociology. She is the daughter of H Remmawia and PC Rozuali of Madanriting, Shillong.
