Break-in at govt office in SWKH

MAWKYRWAT, April 6: Miscreants on Saturday midnight broke into the office of the Post Office, Mawkyrwat Branch, South West Khasi Hills, and stole letters and one brand new monitor.
According to sources, Sub-Postmaster B Thongni filed a complaint with Mawkyrwat Police on Monday, wherein she mentioned that some of the letters were destroyed, besides 18 speed posts, and a register and monitor each were found missing.
Thongni also informed that miscreants destroyed the office door lock to break into the office.
