SHILLONG, April 12: Senior BJP leader Dr KC Boro has resigned from the post of state vice-president, while maintaining that the party president has failed to lead the party towards the right direction.
Boro, in his letter to the party president, Ernest Mawrie, said, “I am not happy at all with your style of functioning as the state president in the party.  You have totally failed to lead the party to a right direction.”
Boro, however, made it clear that he will not resign from the party and he will continue to be a part of it.
