SRJ women’s organisation observes Children’s Day

JOWAI: In commemoration of the Birth Anniversary of the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the Women’s Welfare Organization of the Sein Raij Jowai observed the Children’s Day at Sein Raij Hall here on Wednesday.

Research Officer, Kyntiew Hynniewta, attended the programme as chief guest. The officer lauded the women’s organisation for celebrating Children’s Day.

The meeting was chaired by the President Sein Raij Jowai Women’s Welfare Organisation.

Sein Raij general secretary OH Toi and Dr N Bamon also spoke on the occasion.
