Pre-Christmas party

Congress leader Wansuk Syiem welcomes UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi at a pre-Christmas party — National Christmas Celebrations – hosted by former Union Minister and Shillong MP Vincent H Pala at New Delhi on Monday. A host of dignitaries including Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh attended the function.
