SHILLONG: United XI defeated Aurobindo by three wickets in the Super Division Shillong Cricket League 2012 at Polo.
Batting first after winning the toss, Aurobindo scored 140 all out in 38.1 overs. Kamlesh Dev scored 32 while Jason Lamare took 4-19 and Andrew Thabah took 3-37 for United.
The chase wasn’t straightforward, but United XI scored 142-7 in 35.3 overs. Rohit Thapa scored 30 and Andrew Thabah scored 23, while Sukdev took four wickets for 20 runs.
