New Delhi: AICC general secretary in charge of Meghalaya Dr Dhani Ram Shandil has made it to Himachal Pradesh Assembly. But the same has put a question mark on his continuance in the Hill state. Normally, MLAs are not given charge of any state. The reshuffle in the AICC is on the cards. Dr Shandil may be replaced along with his deputy, Sanjay Bapna, sources said.
