Imphal: The state government has imposed 12- hour curfew in four valley districts on Thursday from 6 am to 6 pm to control the situation arising out of two opposing strikes over molestation and assault of an actress by a cadre of NSCN(IM), self styled Lt Col Livingstone Anal on Dec 18 at Chandel.
