Novalyne Joan Makdoh, a resident of Mawlai Patarim Block 11 passed away on December 29 and her funeral will be held on December 31 at 2 pm.

H A M Nongrum fondly known as Bah Mihsuk, a popular figure in the field of dramatics passed away at NEIGRIHMS on Saturday. Nongrum, also an artist with AIR, had acted in many tele films, the latest being the venture of state election department to create awareness among the people on the need to vote. Nongrum was also part of SBUK (Khasi humorists society)
