Rape condemned

The Council of Catholic Women of Shillong Arch Diocese, on Thursday has strongly expressed their profound sadness over the death of the gang rape victim of Delhi now popularly known as ‘India’s Daughter’.

They have urged both the state and the central government to severely punish the perpetrators of such a heinous crime.
