Candlelight vigil for slain former HNLC leader

SHILLONG, Sept 11: Ka Sur Paidbah Nongthymmai Pyllun organised candlelight vigil in memory of former HNLC leader Late Cheristerfield Thangkhiew in the city on Saturday. The HNLC leader was killed in an alleged fake encounter with Meghalaya Police inside his residence here in the wee hours of August 13 last.
