Rotary clubs welcome Maha couple in city

SHILLONG, Jan 4: The Rotary clubs of Shillong on Tuesday felicitated the travelling couple from The Great Indian Travel, Kaustav Ghosh and Laxmi Sorte in Hotel Pinewood, Shillong. Hailing from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, Ghosh and Sorte are on a pan-India tour spanning across 101 days for the cause of supporting and empowering local business through the platform #ISupportYourBusiness.
The husband-wife duo is at present stationed in Shillong which happens to be their 12th state, and hence to show support for their cause, the rotary clubs in Shillong, namely Orchid City, Heritage and Rotary Club of Shillong gave them a grand welcome. Notably Ghosh and Sorte have so far covered over 8000 km for 35 days and are on their way to Agartala tomorrow.
