The state resource centre for women under the state social welfare department will organise a seminar on empowerment of women, treat women as equal partners on roads to development and empowerment at Yalana Hotel, Laitumkhrah on February 27 at 10am. Meghalaya state Women’s Commission T Phanbuh will be the chief guest on this occasion.
