Tura, Jan 25: BSF troops of BOP Purakhasia, 100 Bn BSF along with the Meghalaya Police on Monday arrested a drug smuggler near Purakhasia market.
The accused, identified as Urup Miah, son of Sohidul Islam and resident of Kakripara village under Mankachar Police Station of South Salmara in Assam, was arrested along with a total of 210 Yaba tablets, a BSF statement said.
