SHILLONG, Jan 25: A car was torched late Tuesday morning at Lumparing.
Police said they received information about a Maruti Alto car (ML05 G 6709) in flames at around 2am on Tuesday. Fire personnel were called to douse the flames.
They have registered a case and are investigating if there was any foul play into the incident.
On the recent stabbing incident in Lumdiengjri, police said they were still investigating the case.
