Meeting
The general committee meeting of the Meghalaya Rongoli Bihu Sanmilan was held on February 24 and discussed on the activities for celebration of the ensuing Rongoli Bihu with effect from April 14 to 16. The members elected on this day included Kula Bora as the president, DK Dutta as the general secretary and Modon Das as the finance secretary.
Workshops
In connection with the Year of the Youth 2012, the directorate of arts and culture will organise a painting workshop on March 4 at 11am in the art and culture, State Central Library.
The Meghalaya Educational Institute in association with the ICFAI University Meghalaya will organize a one-day Workshop on “Ethical Hacking” on March 5 from 10.00 am onwards at the University’s Shillong Campus located at Laitumkhrah Main Road.
