Glaucoma week
The Bansara Eye Care will organize a workshop on role of Media and Civil Society in eliminating avoidable blindness with a special focus on Glaucoma as an observation of the Glaucoma Week at Shillong Club on March 13 from 10:30am.
Condolence
A condolence meeting was held on Sunday in the Meghalaya Hindu Mission premises at Mawprem under the aegis of the Mission attended by its members and the general public as well as to condole the demise of Biresh Chandra Choudhury, senior life member of the mission.
Special programme
A special programme on Regional Tribal and Folk Culture is being organised by Ramakrishna Mission at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Quinton Road on March 11 from 9:30 am till 4:00 pm.
