A private Maruti 800 (MLO4B – 5240) travelling towards Jowai from Shillong, hit a coal laden truck (MLO5H – 3521) at Pommura, under Mawryngkneng Block, EKH on March 11. The injured Oley Khaji (28/M) and Win Bareh (48/M), both occupant of the Maruti car to Shillong Civil Hospital.
A Maruti Alto heading towards Nongstoin went off road at Wahsympriet, under Sohiong Village, EKH at 5:42 PM on March 9 . The injured Gilber Kharmaw (17/M) was shifted to Sohiong CHC.
