Dympep deliberates on human rights issues

SHILLONG: Dino D.G. Dympep, Permanent Representative to the UN on Wednesday deliberated on the issues of human rights situation during the 22nd Session of the UN Human Rights Council at Geneva, Switzerland. “While India has been striving hard to safeguard human rights through its Constitution, there are aberrations in the form of custodial killings, police abuses, enforcement of draconian legislation,” said Dympep.
