State cops return home after UN mission

SHILLONG: Two officers from Meghalaya Police – Inspector B Nongsiej and Inspector BK Mishra – have returned to India after the successful completion of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan.

During their deployment, Inspector Nongsiej was the operation officer at County support base in Western Bahr El Gazal State Wau.

Inspector Mishra was appointed Team Leader in Central Equatorial State.

Both the officers were awarded UN Peace medals for their hard work and dedication.
