WKH police arrest notorious drug dealer, seize heroin

Shillong, April 27: West Khasi Hills (WKH) police today arrested  one notorious drug offender in his second NDPS case  and  seized suspected heroin powder in the presence of reliable witnesses in Themiew area in Nongstoin.
