Ramakrishna Mission, Shillong, will organise its Annual Cultural Competition 2022 for students of nursery to college level in various categories such as recitation (multilingual), sit-and-draw, essay writing, elocution, debate and quiz from July 16 to August14. According to a statement, this year’s competition will be organised as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations. “The prize distribution ceremony for the cultural competition will be held on August 20 at 3 pm,” the statement said.
Prayers
The Mohammadia Al Hussainee Mosque Committee, Barapathar, has informed that Eid Ul Azha congregational prayers will be at 7:30 am held on July 10 on the mosque premises, and will be led by imam of the mosque, Janab Qaiser Raza.
