Police vehicle damaged in fire

SHILLONG, Nov 6: A police gypsy (ML02 0236) allotted to Pasteur Beat House and parked on the premises caught fire at around 2:30 am on Sunday. The vehicle was partially burnt.
According to police, the fire could have originated from the battery as no inflammatory substance was found. The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report is awaited, police said.
