Meghalaya to compete in body building & physique c’ships

SHILLONG, Nov 9: Four athletes of the Meghalaya Body Builders’ Association will be participating in the 11th East Zone Senior/Masters/Divyang Mens Body Building and Men’s & Women’s Physique Sports Championships scheduled to be held in Kolkata from November 12 to 14. The athletes include Valentine Basumatary (Women’s Model Physique), along with Samewan, Wilynder Khonglam, and Atlanta D Shira who will be competing in body building. The competition is being organised by the Eastern India Body Builders’ Association that is affiliated to the Indian Body Builders Federation, Mumbai, under the patronage of the West Bengal Body Building & Physique Sports Association, Kolkata.
