SHILLONG: AIFF vice-president Larsing M Sawyan has been elected as president of the Meghalaya Football Association (MFA) at the general meeting on Saturday. Sawyan was earlier the general secretary.
SS Rapthap is the new general secretary. Other office bearers are SS Langi, Diverland Lyngdoh, Gino Sangma and B Diengdoh (vice-presidents), Lammat-oo-Laloo and D Ryntathiang (joint secretaries), Banteidor Lyngdoh (Treasurer) and four Executive Members.
