Unclaimed body
On December 23, one person, identified as Romen Das (32), was found lying unconscious on the floor of his godown in Umsohsun. He has immediately shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital where he was declared brought dead. Subsequently, inquest and other formalities were conducted, following which the body has been kept at the hospital morgue for identification and claim. According to a statement, the deceased is 5.5-foot tall, has a tattoo on his forearm, has oval-shaped face, black beard and moustache, and has medium built. He was last found wearing black jacket, a pair of blue colour jeans trousers, black socks, et.
