ECI engages wall painters in Shillong to woo voters

Shillong, Jan 6: Election Commission of India (ECI) as part of the efforts to increase voters’ participation in the forthcoming Assembly election in the state, has engaged artistes to paint walls in Shillong with message for the voters to exercise their franchise in a bigay in the forthcoming polls.
