Aadhar enrolment extended upto 31st March 2023

Tura, Jan 11: The Deputy Director (Supply), West Garo Hills, Tura has informed that as per the instruction of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Distribution, Department of Food & Public Distribution, it is mandatory for all the individual beneficiaries under NFSA to undergo Aadhar authentication to receive subsidies through e-PoS device under NFSA, 2013.

 

In this regard, the NFSA beneficiaries who are yet to enrol for Aadhar are directed to enrol at the nearest Aadhar enrolment centre as the Government of India has further extended Aadhar enrolment/application for Aadhar enrolment upto 31st March, 2023.

 

Therefore, all the beneficiaries may submit the photo copy of their Aadhar Card to their respective F P Shop dealers for submission to Deputy Commissioner (Supply) Office, Tura for seeding of the same with NFSA Ration Card. Further,  all the Sub-Inspectors of Supply, Tura are also directed to instruct the F P Shop dealers assigned to each to collect and submit the Aadhar cards of the beneficiaries tagged with each F P Shop dealers so as to enable the District Supply office to complete Aadhar seeding with NFSA cards at the earliest.
