NPP ahead in 19 Meghalaya seats, TMC in 9 as counting begins

Shillong, March 2:  The Conrad Sangma-led National People’s Party (NPP)  is ahead in 19 seats, while TMC is leading in 9  in Meghalaya. Congress and BJP are ahead in 7 apiece, according to the early trends from The Times of India.
