SHILLONG: East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang has notified that the left side of the road along MTC complex upto Sarkar medicine shop is declared as parking zone for 4 wheelers only. However, the right side of the road is declared as no parking zone. In addition, right side of the road opposite to Bank of BARODA upto area opposite to Pegasus Crown is declared as parking as parking zone for 4 wheelers. However, the left side of the road is declared as no parking zone.
For two wheelers, the SP informed that the left side of the road along Deluxe furniture upto the end of Crowbrough hotel is declared as parking zone for 2 wheelers and the left side after Lila Brothers upto United Bank of India is also declared as parking zone for 2 wheelers.
