FKJGP provides ambulance to Ri Bhoi people

Nongpoh, April 14: The Federation of Khasi Jaintia and Garo People (FKJGP), North Khasi Hills District, has provided an ambulance  for the benefit of needy people of Ri Bhoi district. The ambulance service was formally announced during a meeting held at the Community Hall in Sajer Nongpoh on Friday.

The event was attended by various leaders and members of the FKJGP from Ri Bhoi District, including the General Secretary of FKJGP Central Body, Eldie N. Lyngdoh, senior vice president Central body, Elton Warjri, FKJGP District President, Lui Star Lyngdoh, and Senior Vice president, Lumlang Mawnai. The Ambulance service was inaugurated by Eldie N. Lyngdoh during the meeting.

During the meeting, Eldie N. Lyngdoh expressed his happiness and satisfaction with the positive initiative taken by the district to provide the ambulance. He emphasized the importance of providing emergency healthcare services to those in need, especially the underprivileged families in the district who struggle to afford such services.
