SHILLONG: The Shillong Sports Association has announced the start of the Third Division Football League Tournament 2013 from August 19.
Third Division clubs that have not completed the formalities with the Association, such as the registration of players, are requested to complete all formalities immediately as the fixtures for this Division will be released shortly, B Diengdoh, the Honorary Secretary of the SSA, said in a press release on Sunday.
