SHILLONG: A woman police constable lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar Police Station that on August 7, she received an anonymous call from the mobile No 9863935778, in which the caller threatened to rape her.
In another case that provides yet another evidence of the wrongdoings against women and children, a woman lodged a complaint at Rynjah Police Station that her minor daughter, aged 10 years, had been raped on more than one occasion by her stepfather, one Victor Lyngdoh Tyngkra at Umpling and Mawpat.
