D Olivia Rymbai has been awarded the Degree of Doctorate of Philosophy by NEHU for her thesis ‘Changing Dimensions of Indo-US Relations (2000-2008)’ under the supervision of Dr Biswajit Mahapatra from the Department of Political Science, NEHU. She is the daughter of Leneancy Rymbai and Doufflin Thomas Nongpluh of Thadlaskein, Jowai.
