Manor Solomon joined Tottenham as a free agent on Tuesday after leaving Shakhtar Donetsk which is pursuing legal action against FIFA for losing its players during the war on Ukraine.Tottenham said the Israel international, who spent last season in the English Premier League on loan at Fulham, has signed a deal through 2028. It is subject to receiving a work permit.

Union Berlin bolstered its Champions League preparations on Tuesday by signing Ivorian forward David Datro Fofana from Chelsea on loan for next season.The 20-year-old Fofana rarely played for Chelsea after the English Premier League club signed him for a reported fee of around 12 million euros ($13.1 million) from Norwegian team Molde FK in January.

Manchester United have held initial talks to sign Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat. Aside from United, Bayern Munich are interested in the Moroccan star. As things stand, neither club have made a formal approach for the holding midfielder.

Juventus have put a price tag of just €10 million on Paul Pogba as he attracts interest from Saudi Arabia. Despite interest from Al-Ahli, Pogba is keen to find his good form at the Allianz Stadium with Juventus also in no rush at the moment. However, should he decide to leave, the Old Lady will not come in his way and will offload him for as little as €10 million.

Free agent Ashley Young has agreed to join Everton and is scheduled to have a medical on Tuesday after leaving Aston Villa this summer.Young’s contract at Villa Park expired and reports suggest he held talks with Luton, while there was also interest from Saudi Arabia.Young will be Sean Dyche’s first signing.
