No sign board or barricade by PHE is increasing traffic problems

Shillong : An MTC bus carrying school students is stuck on the Polo-Golf Club road in city on Tuesday due to sheer callousness on the part of PHE department which is laying the pipes for the GSWSS without any sign board or barricade. It is reported that several vehicles have suffered a similar fate in the last few days. (ST)
