SHILLONG: Two shops were gutted in a fire that erupted at Khanapara (9th Mile), Ri Bhoi district on Tuesday night. According to CVS Reddy, SP, Ri Bhoi, an electric short circuit was suspected to be the cause of the incident. The shops were located at the building of Jeny Wahlang, opposite CRP camp centre, Bariduwa NH 37.
