Shillong, September 3: Tamil Nadu’s Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, Udhayanidhi Stalin, has vigorously defended his recent comments regarding Sanatana Dharma. He asserted that he will not be intimidated by threats and is prepared to confront any legal challenges.

As per IANS, the DMK leader expressed his resolve on the matter, stating, “Bring it on, I am ready to face any legal challenge. We will not be cowed down by such typical saffron threats. We, the followers of Periyar, Anna, and Kalaignar, will persistently fight to uphold social justice and establish an egalitarian society under the able guidance of our honorable CM.”

Udhayanidhi also tagged his father and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, emphasizing, “I will say it today, tomorrow, and forever. Our commitment to curbing Sanatana Dharma from the Dravidian land remains steadfast.”

In response, the BJP plans to escalate its opposition to the young scion of the DMK family, intending to launch a nationwide campaign against him.

BJP state chief Annamalai accused Udhayanidhi Stalin, who is associated with the INDIA bloc, of advocating for the genocide of the majority population in the country that follows Sanatana Dharma. He argued that this would constitute a “genocide of 80 percent of the population.”
