Delhi Chief Minister urges respect for all religions amid controversy

Shillong, September 5: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in response to Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin’s controversial remarks about Sanatan Dharma, emphasized the importance of respecting each other’s religions.

As per IANS, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Tamil Nadu’s Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs and the son of Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, made the controversial statement at an event, stating that “Sanatan Dharma has to be eradicated just like mosquitoes, malaria, dengue, and corona.”

In reaction to these comments, Chief Minister Kejriwal said he also follows Sanatan Dharma and called for mutual respect among individuals of different faiths. He emphasized that insulting other religions is not a constructive approach.

Kejriwal was clear in expressing his disapproval of Udhayanidhi’s remarks regarding Sanatan Dharma.
