Schoolchildren, teachers and others participate in a rally during the International Literacy Day celebration organised by the office of District Mission Coordinator, in Mawkyrwat, South West Khasi Hills, on Tuesday. The rally started from Civil Hospital Mawkyrwat and culminated at Maharam Government Higher Secondary School. South West Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner T Lyngwa was the chief guest.
