Cabinet Minister and South Shillong MLA, Sanbor Shullai, and Technical Advisor to the Chief Minister, Naba Bhattacharjee, with one of the winners of 13th Inter Shillong Cultural Event 2023 during the prize distribution ceremony at Asom Kristi Kendra Auditorium, Dhankheti, on Sunday. The Rabindranath Tagore Club, Laban, also celebrated the belated birth anniversary of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore on the day. Silbi Passah, a renowned Khasi-Jaintia artist, composer, poet and playwright, was the special guest of the occasion. This year, Debopriya Dasgupta was adjudged the overall champion.
