RYTDPS announces photography contest to promote destinations in WKH

Nongstoin, Oct 5: The Rural Youth Tourism Development & Promotion Society (RYTDPS), Nongstoin will be conducting a photography competition for beginners and professional photographers of West Khasi Hills (WKH).

The theme of the photography contest is “treasure hunt of West Khasi Hills” where the organizer aim to explore the unexplored tourist spots in West Khasi Hills which include waterfalls, landscape and other natural beautiful places of West Khasi Hills.

The Chairman of the Society K.R.Syiem said that the contestant should submit the photo through online mode in JPEG format at the highest resolution and maximum three photos per person, the contestant should not use water mark, advance editing and manipulation and all photos should mention the location and the distance from District Headquarter.

Syiem also said that the contest is fully sponsored by Yess Meghalaya and the organizer has requested to submit their photos through an email address:[email protected] and whatsapp number 9436300003, the winners will be awarded with handsome cash prizes to both the beginners and professional photographers.
