SHILLONG: Saturday marked the completion of seven of signing of the truce agreement between the Central Government and the ANVC. It was on July 23, 2004 when the ANVC and Central Government inked the ceasefire deal. “We thank the people for their support in the different kinds of situation we have been through,” stated an ANVC message sent to The Shillong Times on Saturday.
