Shillong, Nov 14: Shilong Traffic police have apprehended the juvenile rider who was involved in an accident at Mawlai yesterday in which one women was killed after being hit by the scooter.
The SP Traffic K Prasad said that the Police may even take action against the parents of the rider since the juvenile possessed a learner license and there were violations of the terms and conditions of the learner’s license.
