State squads gear up for natl basketball c’ship

Shillong, Nov 29: In anticipation of the forthcoming 73rd Senior National Basketball Championship, the state basketball team from Meghalaya is poised to showcase their prowess at the prestigious event taking place in Ludhiana, Punjab, from December 3 to 10.
Following an intensive two-month training regimen, meticulously organized by the Meghalaya Basketball Association, both the Men’s and Women’s senior teams are primed and ready to represent the state on the national stage.
The championship, under the auspices of the Basketball Federation of India, is set to unfold in Ludhiana, promising a week-long spectacle of top-tier basketball action.
