JOWAI: Police have arrested the younger brother of Fullmoon Dhar — the mastermind of the infamous Shillong jail-break case – for allegedly raping a minor girl at Iongpiah in Jowai on Monday.
Sources informed that the 13-year-old victim, who hails from Barato village, was staying in a rented house at Iongpiah.
The 17-year-old accused was also staying in the same premises.
Jowai Police received a complaint on Wednesday and arrested the boy who was later sent to Juvinile Home in Shillong.
