TURA, Jan 3: A written complaint has been shot off to the managing director of Jio mobile company raising the issue of poor network and at the same time urging the company to upgrade service in Adokgre, North Garo Hills.
According to the AHAM, it recently met the person tasked with looking after the tower which provides a network to the area, where they were informed that the problem was due to the non-repair of the generator for the tower. The issue was also reportedly raised with the authorities who failed to take any action.
Pointing out that the poor service being provided was badly affecting the people of the area, the organisation urged the official to look into the matter and rectify the problem at the earliest.
